Terms of Service — vieda plūsma

SERVICES

vieda plūsma designs and builds custom bots and automations (chat bots, pricing tools, alerting systems, social/workflow automation) as described on our Pricing page and agreed per project.

BOOKING DEPOSIT

A $12 deposit books a discovery call and is deducted from your final project price if you proceed. If you decide not to proceed after the call, the deposit is refunded within 5 business days, via the same method you paid with.

PRICING & PAYMENT

Package prices (Starter/Pro/Business) are shown on our Pricing page and may change; the price quoted at booking is the price that applies to that project. The remaining balance is paid once scope is agreed and signed off — we're flexible on structure and can arrange a lump sum, installments, or whatever payment plan works best for you.

DELIVERY

We provide an initial working draft within 24 hours of scope being confirmed. Revisions continue, with no fixed limit on rounds, until the project is complete to your satisfaction.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You're responsible for providing accurate business information and timely access to any accounts/platforms (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Telegram, POS/CRM systems) needed to build and connect your automation.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Once paid in full, you own the final bot/automation delivered to you. vieda plūsma may showcase the completed project as a portfolio example (e.g. "similar to work built for a previous client") but will not resell or reuse your specific deliverable for another client.

LIABILITY

Our tools automate parts of your workflow but we don't guarantee specific business outcomes; results shown on the Our Work page are real client results, not guarantees for your business.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.
